SUMMARY:Las Vegas Alumni Chapter Dinner
DESCRIPTION:Chapter dinner \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWe will be meeting at Carrabba’s (8771 W. Charleston Blvd.\, Las Vegas\, NV 89117) on Thursday\, February 1\, 2024\, at 6:00 p.m for our Las Vegas YSU Alumni Chapter Dinner. Alumni\, Penguin friends\, and fans are invited! \n\n\n\nNow\, here’s the catch. The manager told me that the computer system wentdown when they tried to ring up separate checks for the banquet menu soTHERE WILL BE ONE BILL FOR THE MEALS. EACH PERSON WILL NEED TO BRING $35 IN CASH FOR THEIR MEAL. The $35 includes tax and gratuity on the meal.I will be responsible for paying the meal bill. We can order alcohol and pay for those drinks separately since the drinks are on the menu. It made sense to the manager so I guess it makes sense to me. \n\n\n\nHere is the menu from which you will choose that evening: \n\n\n\n\nChicken Parmesan– sautéed chicken coated with Mama Mandola’s bread crumbs topped with Pomodoro sauce\, romano\, and mozzarella cheese.\n\n\n\nChicken Marsala–wood-grilled chicken topped with mushrooms and our Lombardo Marsala wine sauce.\n\n\n\nPenne Carrabba–penne pasta tossed in Alfredo sauce with wood-grilledchicken\, sautéed mushrooms\, and peas.\n\n\n\nGrilled Salmon–wood-grilled salmon topped with lemon-butter sauce\, tomato\,and basil.\n\n\n\nPork Chop Marsala–wood-grilled\, bone-in pork chop topped with mushrooms and Lombardo wine sauce.\n\n\n\n\nEach meal comes with a choice of Caesar salad or Italian salad\, or soup\,fresh bread with herbs and olive oil\, an alcohol-free beverage\, and minicannoli. The main meal also comes with choice of sides (vegetables\, pasta\, or mashed potatoes). \n\n\n\nI need to give them a count on January 25\, 2024\, so please RSVP to me by emailing your name\, YSU graduation year\, and how many you are bringing and their names before Janurary 25\, 2024.
