Youngstown State University’s Williamson College of Business Administration will host the Junior Achievement of Eastern Ohio Stock Market Challenge Oct. 25 in the Weir Atrium on the YSU campus.
Ninety high school students in Trumbull, Mahoning, Columbiana and Ashtabula Counties will participate in a high-energy simulation, turning Williamson into Wall Street.
Students, grouped in teams of 3-4, will practice buying and selling stocks while navigating current events that can either positively or negatively impact the market, and the importance of a diversified portfolio.
