Are you a penguin alumni in search of a rookery? Find all the answers to your most commonly asked questions below:

Please visit the YSU Records office website for all diploma related questions. https://ysu.edu/registrars-office/replacement-diploma-request  

Individuals who graduate, retire, or resign from YSU may lose access to YSU’s instance of Microsoft products (Word, Excel, OneDrive, etc.). Individuals engaged in research, part-time teaching, other specific use cases may retain access to their Microsoft products for the duration of these cases.

Please plan to move your personal files into a file storage solution such as a personal OneDrive using Mover.  Mover is a tool that can migrate data from various cloud storage providers to Office 365. It supports all major providers and has automation features for large transfers. For example, you can use Mover to transfer files to your personal OneDrive from your Microsoft account.

Please see Microsoft’s instructions for moving files from your Youngstown State University OneDrive into a Personal OneDrive account. 

NOTE: Please refrain from transferring files and information related to YSU business or individuals.

Please sign into your YSU Banner account and navigate to your transcripts page. Unofficial transcripts can be viewed and printed there; official transcripts need to be ordered through YSU Records. https://ysu.edu/registrars-office/request-transcript  

Please email alumni@ysu.edu with your full name to be removed from our contact list.  

**Please note that the YSU Foundation is a separate entity from YSU and maintains their own database. Please contact the Foundation at ysuf@ysufoundation.org to be removed from their contact list.

Currently, there is no printed YSU magazine circulated. The Office of Alumni Engagement distributes a quarterly YSU Alumni Newsletter emailed to your email address. If you have not received one, please reach out to us at alumni@ysu.edu to be added to our mailing list.
