The John J. McDonough Museum announces Fall 2025 Graduating BFA Exhibition
The Fall 2025 Graduating BFA Exhibition, featuring the art and design work of students graduating in the fall semester from the Department of Art at Youngstown State University, will open at the John J. McDonough Museum of Art on Friday, Nov. 21, and run through Saturday, Dec. 13. An opening reception will take place 5 – 7 p.m., Friday, Nov. 21.
The Graduating BFA Exhibition is the opportunity for students to share the original and innovative discoveries they have made in their artistic journeys, communicating to the public their creative expressions of human experience. Students in the Department of Art work closely with nationally and internationally known faculty engaged in a broad range of art and design practices.
Participants in the exhibition include Amirah Chieu, Mason Culbertson, Ray Glenn, Sam Mastorides, Elise McMaster, Mason Parks, Alexxia Rom, Ashley Stamper, Andrew Stasion, Anthony Steiner, Erin Straker, and Emma Strope-Downs.
The exhibition and reception are free and open to the public. The McDonough Museum is open 11 a.m. – 4 p.m., Tuesday through Saturday. The McDonough will be closed on November 27-29 for Thanksgiving break.
