Youngstown State University will host the Mahoning Valley Miniature Bridge Building Competition 8:15 a.m. – 3 p.m., Tuesday, February 27, 2024, in the Kilcawley Center on the YSU campus. High School students in Mahoning and Trumbull Counties have been invited to participate.
The MVMBBC competition began in 2008 with the Mahoning and Trumbull County Engineer working in collaboration with YSU. The goal of this event is to promote civil engineering as a career choice while providing students the opportunity to apply their knowledge to a real-world application.
