The Youngstown State University Student Literary Arts Association will celebrate the release of the 24th issue of Jenny Magazine with a launch party 5 to 6 p.m., Wednesday, April 8, at the Noble Creature Wild Ales and Lagers, 126 E. Rayen Ave.

Jenny Magazine is YSU’s student-produced literary magazine, showcasing short fiction, short nonfiction, poetry and photography from both local artists and contributors around the world. Issued yearly, the publication is entirely digital and can be viewed on the Jenny Magazine website.

The launch party is free and open to the public and offers an opportunity for students, community members and supporters of the arts to celebrate the release of the latest issue and the creative work of featured contributors.

Christopher Barzak serves as the faculty advisor for Jenny Magazine and the YSU Student Literary Arts Association.
